Sincerest condolences to all of Eleanor’s family. I worked with Glenn at the Town as well as Keith and Rod and Deb. Also your Mom taught my kids at Caledon Central.
So sorry I was not aware of her passing until I read the Citizen today or I would have come in person to pay my respects at the church last evening.
I will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers.
Fay

My thoughts, prayers go out to you your families now and into the future. Sad to read news, but know that I have many fond memories of your Mother and your family while I grew up just down the road on Troiless St. in Caledon. I remember the many visits at her home, laughs, talks and food always being available to us growing teens way back then… On occasion when I visited the neighbor hood in the future I would always try to pop in for a brief visit. I give my strength to you all as you go through this time of sadness, and may health and happiness follow you into the years ahead…

Condolence from Penny Horne on September 14th, 2010 1:06 pm

Words cannot express my thoughts at your loss for the families. Eleanor was a loving and true friend who had a special quality for being there for others. Her love of her family was the deepest that I have ever known. Since leaving Caledon, I have never found anyone that came close to her as a friend. To each and everyone in the family my prayers are with you at this time.
