At Southlake Regional Hospital, Newmarket, on Saturday, October 12, 2019, Ejvind Christiansen, of Bolton and formerly of Svendborg, Denmark, in his 89th year, beloved husband of the late Sonja Christiansen (nee Johansen). Loving father of Ann and Josef Schweighofer, Bolton; Lisa and Mark Bayley, Bolton. Cherished grandfather of Josef (Elyse) Schweighofer, Daniel Bayley, Christopher Schweighofer, and Matthew Bayley.
A memorial service will be held in the Danish Lutheran Church of Toronto, 72 Finch Avenue West, Toronto on Saturday morning, October 26 at 11 o’clock. Followed by a reception in the church hall.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or a charity of your choice.

Dear Lisa, Ann and families,
It was with sadness that I read about the loss of your father. I have many fond memories of your dad from our Rexdale days. His sense of humour, the mischievous twinkle in his eyes and of course his impeccable fashion style are things I remember most. My sincerest condolences to you all! I know he will be greatly missed and may all your wonderful memories of him give you some comfort during this difficult time.

We knew Ivan from the Caledon Senior Centre, loved his sense of humour. Had many euchre games together, he was always such a gentleman and impeccable dressed. We will miss him.
