Condolence from Andre O’Regan on August 23rd, 2012 3:17 pm

Mom,

I knew this day would eventually come. But I never knew that accepting it would be so hard. You were and still are our protector and teacher. You are the hardest working person I’ll ever know. You raised three kids, made countless sacrifices, paid off your house, worked numerous jobs and not once did I ever here you complain or lay blame on anybody. I am at peace knowing that you are at peace. I rejoice knowing that you are with the friends and family that you had loved and lost. You have left a legacy of love. I love you mom, my sister Caroline and my brother Jerry and they love me and that is all you can ask of from anybody. This is what the meaning of life is really about. It is to take the love you got and to pass it on. To have patience, forgivness and compassion for all living things. I can accept my final destiny knowing that your love is there waiting for me. I no longer fear death. I promise to follow in your footsteps mom and when I wonder off your path I promise to guide myself back on. You have given me many cherishable memories that will lead me through this difficult time. I am who I am because of you. Until we meet again, Thank you for all that you did and for all that you are. Please say hi to Dad and tell him that I miss and love him to.

Your Loving Son Andre
I Love You Mom XOXOXO
