At Victoria Hospital, London, on Friday, August 18, 2023, Don Oldfield, in his 79th year, beloved husband of the late Valarie. Loving father of Michele and her spouse Ken Janes, and Brad Oldfield. Cherished grandfather of Amanda Ford, Michael Ford, Jessica Janes, Matthew Janes, Kenneth Janes, Connor Oldfield, and Rylee Oldfield. Proud great-grandfather of Aaliyah Ford, Myles Ford, and Aria Oldfield. Dear brother of Ronald and Diane (deceased) Oldfield. Fondly remembered uncle of Darlene and Sean Rice, and Cynthia and Jeff Tavenor. Predeceased by his parents Richard and Margaret (née Fry) Oldfield.
Cremation has taken place. Respecting Don’s wishes a private graveside service will be held at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Bolton.
