On Sunday, October 30, 2022, Deborah Angela Brisebois (née Maasland) unexpectedly passed at her home in Barrie at the age of 64. Deborah was the beloved mother of two daughters, Taylor Brisebois (Stephen) and Danielle Brisebois (Tyler). Loving sister to her brother Robert Maasland (Tina) and her sister-in-law Maureen Maasland. A fun-loving aunt to her nieces Kristin, Alison, and Samantha and a great-aunt to Mikayla and Katie. She is now reunited with her parents, Willem and Elisabeth, and her brother Bill. 

The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street South (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) on Monday afternoon 5-8pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday morning, November 8 at 11 o’clock.

Our deepest condolences to you, may you find strength and peace during your time of sorrow. Deb loved you, she spoke about you frequently and her smile was huge when her family was coming to visit her in Florida.
She and her beautiful smile will be missed by everyone who knew her. We shared lots of laughs on the tennis courts and golf course although she was never to happy in the sand trap!

Deb was a childhood friend since grade six. My sister Karen and myself spent many week ends travelling up North in Debs little blue Honda . I took discos dancing lessons with Debbie and her laugh could be heard all over the studio.She was so much fun to be with wether it was exploring new ideas or swimming in her parents pool. She will be truly missed . My condolences to her beautiful daughters Taylor and a Dani who were absolutely loved and adored by your mother.

Words can’t adequately capture the sadness within our hearts when we heard of Deb’s passing. We have such wonderful memories of fun and laughter when our families would get together! Tennis, golf, pool parties, football parties, Florida trips, “girls only” trips to Florida. No shortage of fun-filled stories of Deb fill our memories! Memories we will treasure for always!
Tay and Dani, you were her everything! It’s true your Mom was always smiling but her smile would became radiant and her eyes would twinkle when she spoke of you both! She was always so proud of you!
