We were so sorry to hear of Dawns passing. She was one in a million, a fantasic Mom and a great Step Mother to Vanessa .She loved her like her own and Vanessa loved her too. She worked hard but always had time for others . Fly high with the Angels Dawn and know you will always be in our prayers and our heart.

My heart breaks for you all at the loss of Dawn. Sincerest condolences to Joe, the children, Darrell, Angel and Kevin and all the other family and friends. Dawn’s final act of kindness makes her a true hero. That being her gift of life to other people of her organ donations. Can you imagine the beauty of seeing a sunrise, a baby’s face or love in someone’s eyes? God bless her soul, may she rest in peace. Biggest hugs to all. Dawn, where to start… I’m extremely saddened and heart broken hearing that you gained your wings to soon in life.
We’ve been friends since high-school, ended up in the same ‘prenatal classes’ together as young moms when you were pregnant with Dylan and I with Austin.
Our lives continued and we always seemed to merge again. Enjoyed crazy nights with you at good ‘ol Hooterville, too many to count.
Thank you for bringing me coffees and chatting with me while I was spending my days in the hospital with my Mom. Your chats and hugs during that time made the day go easier.
We supported one another as we both lost our Moms.
Dawn, thank you for being my favourite ‘Dawn’ thank you for being in my life and thank you for your kindness.
Rest easy my friend. You are missed.

My condolences to the whole family. I remember Dawn singing in my children’s choir at Christ Church.
She was a lovely little girl. Her grandmother Anne Walton was so proud of her.

Though you don’t know me, I am the priest at Christ Church, where Dawn sang in the Children’s Choir as a child, and where she attended with her Grandmother Anne Walton. Dawn is lovingly remembered by many in the Christ Church Community, and I want you to know that she will be remembered in the prayers of the parish throughout the coming week.
