We only had the pleasure of meeting Mr Mikelson 6 years ago. On the few occasions, he always was singing praises to God. Both my hubby and I determined that surely Mr Mikelson was one of a kind. A blessing to have met him.. Our sincere condolences to the family especially to our dear and precious friend Judy who means the world to us..

Judy and family. I was so sorry to hear of Dave’s passing. He was a wonderful neighbour for many years and, lucky for us, James and Rhonda took over the house so we continued to have great Mikelson neighbours. It seemed that despite so many health issues over the years Dave was invincible. He was always so positive and always entertained us with his stories. He will be missed, but he leaves behind a great legacy in his children and grandchildren. My sincere condolences.

“Glory, glory to God! Thus will the ransomed sing; Glory, glory to God, The everlasting King!
Praise Him, alleluia! To that eternal sphere, We are waiting, For our translating; The time is near.”

We can hear Bro. Mikelson’s beautiful voice singing this song. He no longer waits, but has been translated to heaven. He was a worship leader at heart, a caring and generous man, and a wonderful servant of God. He always had a kind, encouraging word and hug anytime we would see him and singing, with “God bless you” would end our time together. We are thankful for the ways in which God allowed him to touch our lives.

Our condolences to Judy and the rest of the family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
