Peacefully, at Headwaters Health Care Centre, Orangeville, on Thursday, May 10, 2012, David Johnston, in his 89th year. Dear brother of Muriel and her husband Murray (deceased) McLeod, Terry and his wife Alma Johnston (both deceased), Dorothy Gorrell, Barbara and her husband Norman Moote. David will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home Baxter & Giles Chapel, 273 Broadway, Orangeville (519-941-2630) on Tuesday, May 15 from 12 o’clock until time of memorial service in the chapel at one o’clock. If desired, memorial donations may be made to Ontario SPCA Orangeville & District Branch, 650 Riddell Road, Orangeville L9W 2Y9 or the charity of your choice.

Please except our condolences for your loss. We always referred to Dave as “The Egg Man” His Friday night visits to our farm, in tie and hat nothing less, he always looked forward to it and so did we. He was one of the last of the gentle men farmers. The Stirton Family
