Saddened to learn of the passing of Cy, he was truly a main fixture of the town of Bolton/ Caledon. He was a pure talent that created the town’s flag for its centennial celebration in 1972. Cy also produced a heritage collection of the old core of Bolton’s buildings that some of were lost to fire such as the Queen’s hotel, the Hickman street arena and the Albert street public school. Others were in the collection as well. May he Rest In Peace.
Our condolences to the Wallace family. I only knew Cy through the cemetery board, but always enjoyed his comments and suggestions. He will be missed.
My sincere condolences to Ruth and family. Cy was a very talented man who cared about history of Bolton and captured different landmarks in his etchings which he gave to me. I worked with him at the Bolton enterprise. H will be missed.
Ruth and family,
May your many happy memories give you peace and comfort during this challenging time. Cry was a ray of sunshine for many and a great neighbour. Sorry for your loss.

Why can’t we find more politicians like Cy Wallace? Smart, friendly, compassionate, never offended, and honest to the core. Cy always had a twinkle in his eye and real sense of humour. He had many artistic talents and was probably one of best graphic artists around, Cy’s love of people and his town were an example to follow. We feel a sense of personal loss and so does Bolton. We send our condolences to Ruth and the Wallace clan.
