Peacefully at Sunnybrook Veterans Residence, Toronto, on Saturday, October 7, 2017, Charles Harrison, in his 96th year, beloved husband of the late Florence Harrison. Loving father of John. Cherished grandfather of Stephen. Dear brother of the late Len Harrison. Fondly remembered by his nephew Ernie, his niece Louise and great-nephew and great-nieces.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Friday, October 13 from one o’clock until time of funeral service in the chapel at 2 o’clock.
Interment Nobleton Community Cemetery.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to Sunnybrook Veterans Residence or Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, 2075 Bayview Avenue, Toronto M4N 3M5.

I remember Charlie Fondly from the Legion. I was able to visit him when I had appointments at Sunnybrook. I’m sorry about your loss. May he rest in Peace.
I am sorry that I only learned of Charles passing this week while researching family genealogy. John, you have my sincere condolences.
