Pat, Marlin & Mark & Famiy:

It is with deep regret to hear from Frank of Chas’ passing. I am so thankful that Frank, Vic & I were fortunate to visit yourselves recently. Chas treated us to lunch and was the Charlie I have always known.

Pat: i will always remember my memories & thoughts of Charlie, yourself and three young boys making me so at home in Pine Valley & Nobleton as you moved north of To. They are precious memories and very dear to my heart as i was a very lonely & homesick young man while in. To.
