Carolyn was the light in every room she walked into. She was my older cousin and to say that I admired her is an understatement. Her passion for her family and for especially Jim, Jack and Alex was incredible. I have often thought about the mother I wanted to be and Carolyn was who I wanted to be like. She was always present even while she sick and I will forever miss her. There are literally no words that can make this better but I know Carolyn knew how much we all loved her and how special she was.

I remember after my wife died Carolyn would pop by using the excuse of dropping off food when really she was checking in to see how I was doing. It was a great comfort. I know she was a wonderful friend to Jessica. My sincere condolences .

I didn’t know Carolyn very well but having just lost my Dad to cancer this past March, I want to express my condolences to the family and wish them peace and fond memories of Carolyn. It’s tough to lose our family members, but it becomes bearable (in time) even though they take a huge piece of our heart with them when they go!

What a beautiful and inspiring write up for a remarkable human being. I only met Carolyn a few times when I volunteered in track and field events.
