Condolence from Mel Lyons on December 9th, 2010 12:06 pm

My condolences to the family of Carman Livingston. I have known the Livingstons since the early 1950’s and worked for Carman for a couple months one summer. He and his then wife, Margaret, were an encouragement to me at the time.
Carman came from a family of well respected and excellent farmers, the kind we need more of at this time.
It is never easy to have to say “Goodbye” to good people but I trust
his family will be comforted and also encouraged to see Carman as an example of how to be a benefit to society as a whole.
Mel Lyons.
Kincardine, Ont.
