Beryl was the epitomy of the word “class”, always welcoming and eager to share her home, cottage and good conversation.

The day was always a little bit brighter and a little bit warmer with her presence.

I will always remember her fondly and send my condolences for your loss.

Condolence from Susan Sweet on May 4th, 2011 9:36 am

Sue, Sandy, Paula and families
My condolences to all of you at this difficult time. I know you will miss your Mum and want you to know you are in our thoughts and prayers. I too, am going to miss my neighbour down the road. We spent so many Monday and Thusday evenings together over the many, many years on our musical journey. Beryl enjoyed singing everyting from Broadway tunes to Classical music and of course Welsh music such as Ar Hyd Y Nos and Cwm Rhonnda. She used to talk about how much she loved the time at the cottage, her grandchildren and great -grands and the long-time connection she and Peter had with my mom and dad. Time will help and memories will be savoured.
Love to you all
Sue, Whitney and Henry Sweet

Susan, Sandy, Paula and grandchildren:

Our condolences at your loss, Beryl will be very much missed. In the 45+ years that I’ve been friends with Susan and known Beryl, she was always very well informed, well spoken, and ready to share a giggle. These traits along with her pleasure in choirs are are characteristics of a true Welsh lady. Our thoughts are with you all.
