Condolence from Nancy and Hugh Bailey, Emily Breward on September 10th, 2013 12:45 pm

Ron and Gerry, Our deepest sadness in the loss of our wonderful Aunt and your mother. She was a very strong woman and carried herself through life reaching the goals she had set for herself and her family.
Mom and I did not get a chance to visit her in the nursing home over the last year due to her declining health as well but Aunt Bertha was certainly in our thoughts and our prayers. the devotion that you both have had for your Mom was outstanding and even though she may not have always verbalized it she was very proud of your always being there for her.
Love to both of you and your families. Nancy, Hugh and Aunt Emily

Condolence from Susan (Weeks) Paterson on September 14th, 2013 12:40 pm

Ron and Gerry
Years ago when I lived down the street from your Mum. If she was working in the garden she would stop to have a chat. She always had a smile and her gentle nature was just lovely .
We became close because she was a great friend of Gwen Bourke.
My thought are with you and your families.
Susan Paterson (Weeks)
