June 30, 1952 – January 29, 2014
Suddenly at Uxbridge Hospital on Wednesday, January 29, 2014, Barbara Coode, in her 62nd year, beloved daughter of the late Elmer and Edith Moss. Loving sister of Mary Bingley, Julia Moss, Carol and her husband Brian Porter. Cherished aunt of Shaun Bingley and his wife Posha, Ryan Bingley and his wife Sona. Devoted great-aunt of Joshua and Kyle Bingley. Barbara will be greatly missed by her many friends and relatives, and by her two four-legged companions, Boots and Ruby.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Friday evening 7 – 9 o’clock and Saturday afternoon, February 8, from one o’clock until time of funeral service in the chapel at 2 o’clock.
Interment Laurel Hill Cemetery, Bolton.
Barbara had a preference for yellow roses.

Aunt barb will be missed greaty ! So blessed to of had her in our lives.
Our hearts are very heavy with the passing of my dearest friend of 38 years gone by. I pray that I will see you again dear Barb you will be missed by all of us. Love and condolences to you and your family, you have left us way to soon.
There are not enough words to convey my deepest sympathies.
Barb was truly an amazing and special woman who brought smiles to those around her. She was loved very much and will be missed by so many.

Mary, Julia, and Carol –
Words cannot express our heartbreak at Barb’s death; and our regret at not being able to attend her funeral. We are with you in spirit.
Barb was a wonderful person, filled with generosity and love.
Barb hired me, and then a few years later we rented a townhouse together.
While we had differences in life, our friendship was strong. Even withstanding a long period of living separate lives.
We met for dinner in February, 2010 – and it was like we had never been apart. The sign of a true friend.
We pray for you now, knowing Barb will live in your hearts forever.

Dear Mary, Julia, Carol, and Family,
I am one of the Kent family members. My Mom and Dad and my siblings had some wonderful times visiting with your family. It is so sad when someone you grew up with passes away. I know this personally, having lost one of my brothers to complications from diabetes. It was not until I visited my family’s grave site that I noticed that your sister had passed away. I have visited before numerous times, but never noticed the stone for your family. Many of my Mom’s family are at rest near your mom and dad’s site and your sister’s site. May you always find comfort in the Love and Memories you shared with them all.
