Audrea was a classmate of mine in high school and although we have not seen each other since graduating I am so deeply saddened and shocked to hear of her passing. Audrea was so easy going and always had a big smile on her face…..it is comforting to know that never changed. Please accept my sincere condolences. Audrea, Sam and Andrew, you are in my thoughts.

Audrea was very special…….. we are so happy we were able to spend some very valuable time with her this past summer. She was a remarkable person who always had a positive attitude even when things were difficult. She was an amazing mother, and a devoted wife. Dave and I want to say how truly sorry we are in the loss of such a beautiful niece, wife and mummy! Audrea will always hold a special place in our hearts. We want you to know that we will keep all of you in our hearts and prayers!

Our thoughts and prayers are with you.We will always remember a happier time when Audrea would pass our house every morning on her bike with a warm smile and friendly hello .She was off to clean windows and had extension ladders strapped on either side of her bike which made it hard for her to ride.She made it look easy and I’m sure got the job done. It has been many years, but I am thankful to have known Audrea’s smile and laughter. In university we took a portage trip together. She was the great optimist of the trip. The world was brighter when she laughed with you, and we laughed a lot that trip. Thanks Audrea.

Although we never got to meet Audrea, she sounded like a daughter to be so proud of. We send our sympathy to the whole family, and to my cousin Audrea, her mom, who has had such a difficult year.

I am very saddened to hear of Audrea’s passing. Gone too young. Many years have come and gone and although I have not seen her in a very long time, it is still very upsetting. One of my favourite memories is when she asked her Aunt ( I believe) to take me for a ride in her Jaguar. At the time it was my favourite car, and she knew that it would make me happy. that is the kind of person that she was. Always wanting to do for others. My thoughts and prayers go out to all the family at this very difficult time.

I hope it helps to know that they are never truly gone, that their spirit lives on and that through joy and love, they can send us signs when we ask for them. All they want to tell us is not to be sad, that they are truly happy where they are and able to be with us any time we need their loving energy. Cling to the love, not the loss.

I met Audrea through the Caledon Parent-Child Centre, and the one thing that stood out about her was the “fire in her belly” even with all of her physical challenges. She was truly a symbol of inner strength and vitality. She was an inspiration to me.

We are so sad to hear of Audrea’s passing. We met at Seneca College where we had a lot of fun times together. We lost touch for several years and It was so nice when she found us on facebook and we were able to reconnect. Reading Audrea’s updates and notes on facebook continually impressed us. She was so strong throughout her fight and had such a fantastic attitude. It was also great to see how much love and support she had around her. Our deepest condolences to all of Audrea’s family and friends. We live in Calgary so cannot be there tomorrow to pay our respects but know that you are in our thoughts.

We will miss you, love you, remember you and never let your beautiful boys forget how much their mommy loved them. Mike I don’t know how you did it all these month’s, you have been an incredibly caring husband and father. We will always be here for you, Luke and Tyler.
