Anthony (Tony) Bressington passed away on December 24th, 2021 at the age of 75. He will be dearly missed by his wife Christine and family. Christine and Tony met in 1964 and were married in 1969. He was a loving father to Geoffrey, his wife Jessica, Andrew and his wife Sylwia. Cherished grandfather of Evan, Calum, Ayden, and Anthony. His boys were his world.
Tony was an avid outdoors man who loved hunting and fishing with lifelong friends. He had a profound affect on all those he knew, he was always happy, smiling and offering to help, he is already and will be greatly missed. He is so loved.
A family funeral service will be held at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) on Wednesday morning, December 29 at 10 o’clock.

My condolences to Christine and the family. Tony was a great friend and I was blessed to have him as an “ice fishing buddy” for years! Always had a smile on his face and while he loved to fish, it was clear that he loved his family more.
My prayers will be with you over the days ahead.
Tony and Christine were a part of the village that raised us. Their sons were like brothers to us.
Tony will be missed by us and the community.

We have been decades long neighbours of Tony and Christine. He was a wonderful man who could always be counted on to go the extra mile for those around him. He was cheerful and added brightness to our days. He was also much loved by our miniature schnauzer Sophie, who could not contain her excitement when she thought Tony was approaching for their almost daily walk. He left us much too soon. We extend our sincere sympathy to Christine and the family. George’s dad Tasco is also joining us in mourning.
Our heartfelt condolences go out to you and your family. Tony was a truly remarkable, kind generous and lovable man. If anyone needed help he was there in a heartbeat. I will miss that twinkle in his eye, his smile and hugs.
Life on Hilliard will never be the same! Tony was loved by all.

We would like to extend our deepest sympathy for the loss of your husband, father and grandfather. As one of the original owners in Hilliard court, we have had many wonderful memories of Tony. He was always helping us or anyone in the court with either mowing the lawn, car problems, shovelling the snow or watching our pets. Tony always had a smile on his face and a mischievous grin especially when he didn’t have his tooth in. His warm hugs and caring nature will be greatly missed.
