Suddenly, in Barrie, on  Monday, September 14,  2020, Andy Kozubik, at the age of 35 years, beloved son of Alice.  Dear brother of Tammy and Bobby.  Cherished uncle of Aaliyah and Olivia, Dustin and Dylan. 

The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) on Monday, September 21 from 2 – 6 o’clock.  Masks are mandatory when you enter our funeral home.  Due to the global pandemic, limited number of people in the funeral home at one time and will be monitored at the door upon entering and please no gathering in the parking lot at anytime.

Private funeral service will be held at Egan Funeral Home, Bolton. 

Interment in Banda Christ Church Cemetery, Glencairn. 

Masks are mandatory upon entering our funeral home.
