Peacefully at Wellington Terrace LTC in Fergus on Thursday, October 21, 2021. Andjelka (Angela) Gardilcic (nee Radosavljevic), passed in her 91st year. Angela loved spending time with her family, gardening at the cottage and winters in Florida. Born in Zemun, Yugoslavia on January 1, 1931, she and her son immigrated to Canada in 1963 to rejoin with Eduard. Eduard Gardilcic was her beloved husband for over 73 years. Dearest mother of Ivan and Lynne Gardilcic of Caledon East, awesome grandmother to Diane Gardilcic and her husband Rob of Uxbridge, and Dave Gardilcic and his wife Mattie of Caledon East. Proud great-grandmother of Cameron and Andrew. Angela leaves us to join her parents Nikola and Draginja, and her siblings Bata, Luka, Seja and Mita. She has left a space in our hearts. May she rest peacefully in eternity until we meet again.
Private graveside service will be held on Friday, October 29th at the Park Lawn Cemetery in Toronto. The family will be receiving family and friends at their home in Caledon East at 1:00pm on Saturday, October 30th.

My deepest sympathy to you and your family at this sad time. Gramma was so loving to us growing up, and I have so many lovely memories of her….from teaching us how to pick worms in the night at the cottage to all that yummy Yugoslavian cooking, to predicting the name of my husband 25 years ago by reading it in a cup “G.U.Y.” She touched all of us and she will be dearly missed. Heaven called their angel back home and we will miss her dearly. Much love to you Ivan and all the Gardilcic’s, may your hearts be healed with beautiful memories you carry with you
