What a kind, sincere and generous man. Thankful to have shared a portion of this short life with him. Such a comfort to know Art is with his Saviour.
Rejoicing for Art but so sad for your family as you say goodbye for now. Prayer for each one. And Blessings.
Art was a good friend to us for over 60 years. We remember with fondness his kindness to us, his sweet spirit, and godly example. His love for his family and his Savior were very evident in his life. We mourn alongside you, and look forward to seeing him again soon.

Dear Joy and family,
We were saddened to hear of your loss and, at the same time, comforted knowing Art is with the Lord. We pray for you to have an awareness of the Lord’s loving arms around you, upholding you day by day and moment by moment. We praise him for his faithfulness, kindness, comfort and strength.
With our love, Bill and Carol Prime
Dear Joy and Family,
May the God of all comfort, comfort you as none other can do. What a comfort to know that we will soon see Art again, not in his frail body that he suffered in the last few years, but in a body of glory! Phil. 3:21 That happy day is just about to take place! ” For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven . . . and the dead in Christ shall rise first: then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words”. Nothing but happy memories of Art.
With love in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Although we didn’t know him over a long period of time we fondly remember Art as a gracious and generous host along with Joy when we stayed as guests in their beautiful home.
May the God of all comfort be very near and dear to you all in your loss. We lost 3 parents in one year and to know we have the promise of seeing loved ones who have died in the Lord again is the greatest comfort of all!
With love in Jesus, Tim and Karen Cedarland
