Suddenly and peacefully at home, on Wednesday, March 3, 2004, following a courageous battle with Muscular Dystrophy, Allan Shields, in his 59th year, dearly beloved husband of Sheila (nee Bloor). Loving and caring father of Jim, Suzanne and her husband Randy Vanstone, and predeceased by Carolyn. ﾠLoving Grandpa of Adam and Andrew Shields; Kurtis, Bradan and Justin Vanstone. ﾠDear son of Ada Shields (nee Wood) and the late Harry Shields. ﾠDear brother of Eleanor and her husband Ted Woodill, Michigan; Virginia and her husband Bill Smith, Georgetown. ﾠSon-in-law of the late Jim and Irene Bloor and brother-in-law of Donna and Cameron Dolson, Betty and Paul Johnston. ﾠSadly missed by many nieces and nephews. ﾠThe family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S.
