October 14, 1956 – November 11, 2016
Peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Care Centre, Newmarket on Friday, November 11, 2016, Alexander Howard (Sandy) Speirs, at the age of 60 years, cherished son of the late Frances and Douglas Speirs. Loving brother of Lonna and Ken Speirs, Peter and Judy Speirs, Bonnie and Allan Nelson, Catherine and Neil Ferrey, Gordon and Mary Speirs. Adored uncle of many nephews and nieces.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Friday morning, November 18 from 10 o’clock until time of funeral service in the chapel at 11 o’clock.
Interment Laurel Hill Cemetery, Bolton.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.

Sandy had his own special way of showing he cared! I have one special memory of how he appreciated my help on one
occasion. He even smiled which didn’t happen often.
The blessing is that his ordeal is over. Rest in peace!
