When I met Alexa, I knew right then that she was a force of nature. She was vibrant beyond what colors our eyes can see. She was hilarious beyond what life had thrown at her. She was more beautiful than every angel in the sky… and for me, she was and will always be the most inspirational young woman I’ve ever met.

Nothing, was going to stop her from living her life and she was willing to fight with every fiber of her being to live that life. And she did!

I don’t know why things like this happen, I can’t comprehend why her… but I know that having the chance to be even a tiny part of her world was an honor and a privilege not to be squandered.
She was the spark that lit up the darkest night, and now she’s the lightening in the sky, the most amazing sunset, the sound of rain on a tin roof there to comfort us all.
