Every once and a while in life you meet a character and Alex was one of those. A character who was genuine, wore his heart on his sleeve, was kind, fond of animals, loved a good joke and especially loved his dear wife Anne. An all round great guy and great neighbour, I will miss his smiling face.

We are heartbroken to hear about your Alex our wee brother, wish we could be with you at this sad time. So happy to know you have great friends and neighbours who will help look after you. We can only sit and reminisce now and talk about Alex our brother who could make us laugh so much with his funny stories and his fab sense of humour.
