Rosalba Merotto, 91, passed away on Friday, October 27th at Riverside Glen Nursing Home.  She was born on October 19th, 1932, in Sarnaglia della Battaglia, prov. di Treviso, Veneto, Italy.  She was preceded in death by her beloved brother, Ugo.  She is survived by her sisters Georgina and Lisa.  She was a devoted mother to her daughter Francesca, her son Carlo and his wife Gail.  She was a loving and proud Nonna to Rachel and her partner Jordan, Kristina and her husband Jordan, Rebecca, Matthew and great-granddaughter Elora.
We will surely miss her smiles, her unique sense of humour, and of course her delicious food; she was an incredible cook who loved to entertain and care for her family and friends.

 

We will be having a short viewing and a small blessing on November 12th, 2023 at 1:30 pm in the Grand Valley Church of Christ located at 50 Amaranth St E, Grand Valley, ON L9W 5L2

 

A small reception will follow at the Mandarin Restaurant, 238 Biscayne Crescent, Brampton, ON L6W 4S1 at 4:00 pm
