Suddenly passed away at Brampton Civic Hospital, on Saturday, February 22, 2020, Douglas Gray, at the age of 51 years, beloved husband of Charlene. Loving father of Justin, Renee and Mike. Proud grandfather of Mikey, Joey, Christian, Zachary, Chloe, and Maddison. Cherished son of Ruth and the late Melvin Gray. Dear brother of Suzzanne. Fondly remembered by his niece Jennifer.

The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Friday evening 5 – 8 o’clock and on Saturday morning, February 29 from 10 o’clock until time of funeral service in the chapel at 11 o’clock.

Followed by cremation.

If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada.

I remember my time working with Doug with great fondness. Always very talkative and pleasant, great guy to work a 12-hour shift with.

My sorrow and prayers are with Charlene and the family. I worked with Doug for over 20 years and during that time I got to know him as one of the most kindest and generous people I had ever met. Too young and too soon but will be remembered dearly by all who had the privilege to know him. RIP

Doug was our neighbour for 27 wonderful years. Our family is still in shock. Sorry to hear about Doug Worked with him for several years at Facelle/P&G and enjoyed my time with him and talking about when he would go muddling in his vehicle.
Stretch as we would call him was a great guy My wife remembers him as the guy would leave the seat in my car pushed way back when I would give him a ride,,He will be really missed as a friend and co worker

With Doug’s passing I have lost a good friend and a valued coworker. We shared many laughs. We both enjoyed small motor repair as hobbies and often compared notes. I will really miss Doug.

I will remember Doug not only for being a skilled, hard-working, dedicated individual, but also for his warm, caring nature. Whether it was our conversations about work, or the small talk about how our families were doing, he always found time to share a laugh. I will miss him each time I walk into the truck shop.
