Sean, Christine and family. I have been on the distant sidelines as Susan’s health deteriorated over the past few years, and have been so touched by the love, caring and compassion you have all shown. Despite the sadness of this loss, I am certain that Susan is aware and grateful for having her loving family by her side through all of it, and right until the last moment.

I know that your love for her will continue to grow, even though she is gone. Hopefully, with time, the joyful memories will slowly replace the pain of the last several months.
