Peacefully at Bethell Hospice, Inglewood, on Wednesday, December 14, 2016, Don Nelson, in his 81st year, beloved husband of Judy Nelson. Loving father of Brent Nelson (deceased), Craig and Julie Nelson, Deidre and Darryl Williamson. Cherished grandfather of Jacob, Hunter, Braidon, and Riley. Dear brother of Arleen and Gord Mason, Gail Jefferson and Bob Greenwood.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Sunday afternoon 2 – 4 and evening 7 – 9 o’clock and on Monday, December 19 from one o’clock until time of funeral service in the chapel at 2 o’clock. Followed by cremation. If desired, memorial donations may be made to Bethell Hospice Foundation, P.O. Box 75, Inglewood L7C 3L6 (www.bethellhospice.org). He went on fighting like a warrior never letting you worry, a true gentleman, whom I will miss dearly. I’m so thankful I was able to see him last week.
