Our thoughts and heartfelt sympathies go to Molly and family on this very sad occasion. Bryan, Bob Saggo, the late John McAulay, and myself played golf at Glen Eagles together for many, many years. Bob and I missed Bryan this year due to his health problems, and will miss him even more. I, and especially my wife Anne, will miss his frequent emails that he sent us while we were in Florida over the winter months, keeping us up to date on what was happening in Bolton. There was always a touch of humour in his emails. Rest in peace dear friend.
Anne Smith
So sad to hear about the passing of Bryan. I so looked forward to his emails, even though they lit up like neon sign due to his spelling and grammar errors, I don’t think he knew that there was a spell check on his computer. However, it always made me laugh, and sometimes I had to ask Alex to decipher his messages. Will miss him so much. Will always remember you. Rest in peace.
